Which SMS aggregators also provide voicemail services?

I am studying companies that provide SMS and voicemail services through an API call. I want to be able to connect with users (most of which are US-based) through text message and voicemail. The idea is that our web server will connect to the SMS / voicemail providers server (for example, using an HTTP message), and then send a message to the recipient's phone. In the case of an SMS message, we will send a text message to the user, and for voice mail, we will transfer the text message to the robot’s voice, after which he will call the user phone and speak the message.

Are there people who have worked with companies that provide both SMS and voicemail? If so, can you recommend a supplier?

In the past, I have used BT / sms services . This is a great service for sending sms, as well as for automating calls. I especially like the fact that everything is open, and they have wrappers for a large number of mainstream languages, plus the API is pretty simple.

I met him in the course that I took with the guys from BT, and it took me a couple of days for something to not start trivially.
