This is an interesting topic, and to some extent extremely undefined ... the word "manage" entails a potentially whole world of things.
Everyone can “try” to make Scrum, a theory that is easy to understand, difficult practice. Scrum, like other flexible approaches, is heavily based on People and Interactions, and in order for them to happen correctly, you will need to deeply understand the values, attitudes, and owners that are described throughout Scrum. This is the difficult part, and this is the part that requires a lot of practice and experience to effectively transform it into everyday practice.
This, of course, does not mean that you can "learn" yourself, on the contrary, we often hear that Scrum "learns by doing ... and fails", and therefore "fail often ... and not fast!". All the principles of lean thinking, but it is much less trivial than it seems that it is time to evaluate the results, identify failure and establish the best methods for improvement. Being a Scrum master means that a person knows the structure and relationships between the three main roles, which does not mean that he can implement Scrum. This step is to sign up for a Scrum Alliance to purchase a CSP (Certified Scrum Practitioner) accreditation, which requires at least one year of Scrum practice to receive an accreditation form. This is intentionally done, because only with practice do people learn that the principle “theoretically sounds clear” - and you will learn at the CSM training - really mean, and moreover, how to use them to maximize the performance and effectiveness of the Scrum Team.
When we talk about organization and we want to implement Scrum, the dimensions that should be taken into account, as well as complexity, are an order of magnitude larger, and the way out of the “simple” is no offense, we talk about mapping flows, structures, accounting ... - Scrum Master To do something like this, you risk it yourself, and you can afford to greatly affect the performance of your company, or you need someone who has experience in helping companies complete the transaction and in Scrum. This is for the accreditation of CSC (Certified Scrum Coach).
Hope this helps a bit :-)
