Not with official SDK. You can ask the user to specify their own contact record using AddressBookUI card collectors or the user interface of your own design.

You can get the user's phone number from NSUserDefaults. And then find their address book.

This method is completely undocumented and can break down in a matter of moments.

It is also fragile - the user may have a bad address book with the same #, which is used several times, etc.
