In firebug, how do I find out all the CSS styles applied to a particular element?

I am similar to many nested css levels, and I cannot say which level / style level messed up my display. How can I find out everything that applies to a specific element?

Click Inspect (in the upper left corner) to select the item you want to check.

then in the right pane, select the tab labeled "Style." It will also tell you from which .css file that a particular property comes from

Right-click the element and select "Inspect Element", then you will see the element and all the CSS rules that contributed it. You can change the rules simply by clicking and editing the values ​​to try different things to fix the problems.

Use the "Inspect" button. Click on the item you are interested in. On the right side, Firebug shows all the styles of the element and the line number + line from which they were obtained.

Find the style you are trying to apply and see if it has a touch. If so, then it is redefined by something higher in the hierarchy.

Now you need to decide how you want to solve it. Either by making your css entry more specific to the element in question, or by changing your styles in some other way.

From the CSS tab, click Inspect, and then click an item. All applied styles (and their origin) will be displayed on the right side.
