Any good ones? So far I have found IZWebFileManager, OXFileManager and AWS File Picker. The file manager should be able to delete, copy, rename, download and upload files.
I used HTTPCommander . Telerik also has file manager management in its asp.net package.
You have a WebFileManager created by our own Jeff Atwood
(shameless plugin)
The question is old, but it can still help someone:

Uses elFinder as frontend and IHttpHandler as backend, so it is compatible with WebForms and MVC.
Try this manager here, it may suit you. http://www.ajaxfilebrowser.com/?CrossDomain
