How to change work item type to include additional information in TFS?

TFS2008. I would like to track the task points in the task work item, but this does not exist for recording (other than the description). I would like to add a drop-down list with 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, etc., so that these task points can be exported in reports.

Use the process template editor, available as part of Visual Studio Team System 2008 Team Foundation Server Power Tools .
