Android themes?

I have an idea to create themes for Android Mobile. But I do not know how to do this. I need to know about the following things:

• What is the theme file format for Android?
• What things do I want to process in order to change themes (for example, background, catalog window, wallpaper, selector style, etc.).
• How to start learning about it.
• Websites and Tutorials for Beginners
• Sample Applications and Code

If you talk about phones instead of the application, you can create themes for specific notes on the main screen, for example aHome . I am sure that if you look around your site, you will see how to create a theme for your application.

There are also sites like Android themes , but they require you to root your phone and install a custom ROM such as Cyanogen.

Perhaps you can also write your own custom screen.
