What is a Visual Studio keyboard shortcut to open a package manager console?

If this does not exist, then how to create it?

To open the package manager console, press the following four keys in sequence, without holding down the alt key. This is not quite a shortcut, but it works for me.

You can install it by going to the TOOLS menu and selecting OPTIONS, and then selecting the Environment → Keyboard section.

Then select the "View.PackageManagerConsole" option from the list. To filter it, enter the search field above the list field. Then you can set your own key combination.
