Install the Radrails plugin for Aptana Studio offline

I downloaded and installed the free version of Aptana Studio. But apparently, to install the Radrails plugin for developing rubies on rails, you need to connect to the Internet. Now I do not have internet on my machine. So can I download the installer from another computer and copy it over the existing Aptana installation?

Update: Download link found here (Access denied now)

I recorded my fight with Aptana Rails - See if this helps you. There is a link to manual installation, which may be what you are looking for.

If you can really install it on a computer with an Internet connection, you can simply copy it through the directory in which you installed it. Eclipse installations are completely autonomous in their installation directories.
