How to move an item from one menu to another?

In Visual Studio Designer, how do you move a menu item from one menu to another?

I would suggest that drag and drop would work, but it seems to only work on the menu for me.

I usually resort to editing .Designer.cs files manually.

Right click, cut and paste everything that suits me.
