What does this SECJ0222E error mean in WebSphere Application Server 5.1

Question

I found this on the IBM support site :

JAAS LoginContext could not be created due to an unexpected exception.
User Response The problem may be due to a configuration error.

but I have no other instructions and cannot determine the final cause of this error.

Any suggestions?
