Since Eclipse 4.5, DeltaPack is no longer available .

Solution 1:
Currently, the preferred way to create multi-platform assemblies is to install the target platform in the appropriate Eclipse repository. See here for more details.

Solution 2:
You can create your own Eclipse DeltaPack .
For example, you can use the ant script from the Eclipse git repository to create a DeltaPack by doing this in your IDE. See here for more details.
