I recently moved from 4 to the last 5.1 rails (and from thin to puma server). I have a non-recurring error and I cannot track its source. The following is an example of an application backtrack:

I know this doesn't say much ... it's just a partial rendering. This happens in different places in the code, but usually in the place where the application uses the flipper to check the availability of functions. Here _transaction_dialog.html.erb: 88 has:

I will try to report this to flipper , but maybe someone has another idea? I use an octopus to break the database. Gemfile.lock below:

It seems to me that there were two identical requests, and one of them failed with a "nested transaction" error from ActiveRecord (is this AR? The error class is actually ActionView :: Template :: Error) ...
I do not see any "nested transaction" in the source rails ...
The first question is why in rails there is one request from the same client and almost at the same second?
Second question: why do such parallel queries not work?
I searched all my gem sources for “nested transactions” and I don’t see them - I can’t find the code that raises this error :(
