My Android app shows that “this app cannot be optimized for your device” on the Google Play Store

Question

I have an Android app and released on the Google Play Store. When I browse the app on the Play Store on a Pixel C tablet. A message appears: "This application cannot be optimized for your device."

Does anyone know what a message means? How to fix it?

In yout build.gradle try uninstalling targetSdkVersion 26 or change it to a lower version
