IOS 11 - persistent banner notifications

IOS 11 has a new feature: constant banner notifications. You can select this option using the settings menu → specific application settings → notifications.

Is there a way to use these persistent default banners for a specific application that I am developing? Some configuration in plist file?

I saw that the Google calendar achieved something similar.

I did not find any documentation on this.
