Failed to notify listener on project evaluation> javax / xml / bind / annotation / XmlSchema

Question

I am trying to start the responsive application first with react-native run-android . I expect it to work, as with the react-native run-ios call. You have many users with the same error here on the stack, "Failed to notify listener on project evaluation."

Observed behavior
