Chrome: Cross-origin plugin content must be visible in size larger than 400 x 300 pixels

I am using Google Chrome version 62.0.3202.94 and recently received this new error message in the developer console:

Cross-origin plugin content from must have a visible size larger than 400 x 300 pixels, or it will be blocked. Invisible content is always blocked.

Website: https://www.matheretter.de

Clicking on the error leads me to the first line of HTML: <!DOCTYPE html> , which does not help to track the problem.

Can anyone help?

Most likely, the Flash content is blocked (check the console, most likely provide the URL with the SWF file). Google began to de-emphasize Flash more than a year ago. According to the topic of the article and forum below, Chrome actually started "pausing any plugin content with a cross-initial size of less than 400 pixels wide or 300 pixels high" in September 2015, now I believe that it completely blocks it:

Try it in incognito mode. I had the same problem, but the message does not appear in Incognito, so I assume that this might be caused by some browser extensions.
