My guess is a bug in ios 11. Complaints concern components on the button bar for the keyboard, which all use the default values ​​set by os. I ran the same code on both ios 9 and ios 10 and did not receive error messages.

One or more restrictions are not compatible at the same time that the keyboard is open.

Instead of taking a frame manually, try setting limits on the ur WKWebView.
