My AppleID unexpectedly not accepted for Application Loader

Question

I used my credentials to create 3 api in the morning, but when at noon I tried to create the 4th, the application loader issued the message "Application account information was incorrect." I tried to log in again, getting the same error. My AppleId and Password are correct because I use the same account to log in to the developer account.

I tried to close the bootloader three times, but my hand is still empty. Waiting for your precious offer.

It seems that the service is limited to several users, so be patient and wait until the problem is resolved by the Apple team.

I have the same problem that started about 90 minutes ago. Earlier this morning I had a successful download. Updated October 29 0635Z back end services are working for me now.
