Chrome Responsive Emulator - How to Zoom Up to 100%

One of the most unpleasant things that I encounter daily is constantly reduced to reset scaling of the emulator of the chrome device.

For some reason, every time I change my device selection, the scale changes from 100% to a Fit to Window size that is always less than 100% and makes the page and text so tiny that they are unusable.

I saw the "Edit" menu under the list of devices, and it is there that I expect this parameter to always be used to scale to 100%, however I do not see it there. What am I missing?

I had this problem for a while. Go to the upper right menu, as you see in the picture. Click "Reset Default." It worked for me.

In the same menu in which you reset the percentage of magnification (the “Edit” menu you mentioned), you will see the option “Automatically adjust the magnification”. Clear this check box and set the scale to 100%.
