Xcode 9.0 (9A235) Delete shortcut line does not take effect

Delete a line (Key Bindings-Deletions-Delete Line) is a very useful shortcut, but when I upgrade my xcode to 9.0 (9A235), it does not take effect. Why?

Apple has fixed KeyBindings in the new Xcode 9.1 beta .

Now it works in stable version of Xcode 9.1
