WeChat administrator cannot log in

I created a chat chat for WeChat and linked it to the official WeChat page at https://admin.wechat.com

However, I can no longer log in to the admin site. This gives an invalid user password, but I know that they are correct. When I use the same user / password to check the status of the account, it says that the account is active.

Also, if I try to reset the password, it gives me a "Server Busy" error, the same thing all week. He worked a few weeks ago.

I also tried logging in to https://mp.weixin.qq.com , but I think you need an account in China to connect to it?

Can someone with an official WeChat account check to see if they can log in?

This is only for sandbox mode, if you have an official WeChat account and you want to launch your bot in the production process with a full set of features, you need to log in to the system in different ways.

You do not need a Chinese account to log in to the weixin sandbox.
