Native ad from various networks supporting image ads in the Android app

Question

Integrated admob sdk for native ads in the android application. Successfully displayed on the network, the image with the "Install" button, the "click to action" application works fine.

Now the option has changed from the application to the site, as shown in the screenshot

And they set a 50% goal for displaying advertising and recreation for their own ads, which are only images.

But whenever ads are delivered to the application, an empty space runs through, as shown in the screenshot.

We tried with different image sizes, but the result was the same.

They contacted the admob team, but they said that it could not be available for their own ads with the option "Website".

Is there any network provider that supports native ads with image format (web type) for the Android application and allows you to run your own campaign?
