Android Admob error: Failed to load ad: 0 HTTP response code: 403

Question

I have admob integrated banner ads in accordance with the following admob documentation steps.

I get test ads with an emulator. As well as receiving announcements using the instructions below.

AdRequest.Builder.addTestDevice("F3F05FA129EF5A4FEEF9DCC4F3A96936") 

If I run the application using the release build configuration, I get an error below the error logs.

And if apk export with release configuration gets below error.

Finally, I got my answer from the Google forum.

In my case, this is because Google AdMob blocked my package name, and after changing the package name, it worked fine with me.

For me, I did not enter payment information in AdMob accounts.
