Black background colors for tooltips in Eclipse Oxygen

I ran into a problem and these are black background tooltips in Eclipse Oxygen. I have a problem with Google, but I found a solution for Linux. I am using eclipse on windows. Please help me solve this problem. It annoys me a lot.

Go to Window-> Preferences Appearance-> Colors and Fonts. Enter the filter "javadoc". Select the Javadoc background and click "Edit." You can choose the background color there

Create a new workspace and import the projects again. Worked well for me. I ran into a Mac problem, Eclipse Oxygen. I tried to add the Darkest Color theme, and since then this problem has started. I changed the workspace and redirected my projects again.
