The configuration is done using the Visual Studio community, SDK and WDK installed after this page , and the build procedure was performed from the ReadMe file
Could not find relevant information about this issue.
I uninstalled and reinstalled VS, SDK and WDK to the latest version, and this did not solve the problem.
