Xcode 9 Beta 3 - Where is the iOS11 Simulator?

I just installed Xcode 9 beta 3.

But I do not see the version of iOS 11 in the Pref, Components section.

How to set up an iOS simulator?

2) Click on the plus in the lower left corner

A dialog box appears to add a new simulator

3) Select a device (e.g. iPhone 7) that supports iOS 11 and click create

I had a similar problem concerning only iPhone 5 and 6 simulators and was not able to create / download iPhone 7 simulator with iOS11. My solution was to move Xcode 9 beta 3 from the download folder to the Applications folder along with xcode 8. I did not realize that it was still in the DL folder. After starting from the Applications folder, Xcode 9 beta 3 loads all the sims in place. It’s worth checking to see if your folder is in the download folder and the previous version of Xcode is in the Applications folder.
