I subscribed to the home page for my page. Tested it using the Webhooks console, it works great. I created an ad with a lead form and tried to create a test guide. But the webcam does not start. What could be the reason?
I am the application administrator.
In the lead ad testing tool, I can see the following message. When I go to the Webhooks page, I see that I have already subscribed to the main topic.
WEBHOOK SUBSCRIPTION FOR A SEPARATE PAGE There is no subscription to an Internet record with leading ads for the selected page.
