Vim key card in jupyter laptop

When editing a .py file with jupyter, I have the option to select the vim key map in the "Change" drop-down menu (next to the "Default", "emacs" and "Sublime" options). However, when I open the notebook file (.ipynb), I do not have this option. Is there any way to activate this?

I know that there are third-party plugins, but they do not seem to support block selection mode and other more advanced parameters, such as regex commands.

Not sure if this is important, but I open my laptops using the Anaconda navigator.

Check out this lambdalisue / jupyter-vim-binding plugin.
