Update SonarQube 6.2 to 6.4 Lack of projects and users

In Debian Jessie, I had installed SonarQube 6.2 using Postgresql (the latest in Jessie) Java 8 installed. I went through the upgrade process (to version 6.4) Here

When he returned to the network, all projects went missing. I can get to them by manually typing the project URL, for example:

https://[address of server]/dashboard?id=[Name of Project]

Also in the user administrator section (Administration> Security> Users) I do not see users. However, if I go to groups (Administration> Security> Groups), my sonar user group says that it has users. In my case, there are 14 of them - but I do not see any of them. Can anyone help return this stuff? I backed up the database before the upgrade - so I can always go back, but I would not want to do that.

As answered here , this is apparently a bad ElasticSearch index. Stop your server. Delete $ SONARQUBE_HOME / data and restart.
