My question is: is there a way to copy all CSS rules associated with these HTML elements?

Add the Chrome browser extension “CSS Used” to your browser. After installation, you get an additional "CSS" tab on the right side of the screen. The extension is also available through github .

You can also try SnappySnippet as an alternative.

The Styles and Calculations tabs in the DOM Explorer show CSS rules that apply to the selected item. Select the Inspect element , and then open the Computed tab and there will be a list of all CSS applied to the specific element.

You can also check this link for Export CSS for DOM elements
