In Julia, how do you check, list, update your packages?

Question

I am wondering if Julia has utility commands that perform simple package management operations, for example:

Specify one or all installed packages. Update one or all installed packages. Remove a package or all packages. Removing package residues.

These are teams that I often use in yarn or homegrown, for example, and I was wondering if there were equivalents in Julia?
