How to activate communication with JIRA problems

Question

I have a seed in some JIRA projects that are off the board or even lagging, every issue is released, you can click directly on it (link) to go to the current problem.

In my case, when I see a panel or lag, I have to click on the problem, then in the div that appears on the right, which shows the problem in more detail, you can see the link at the top go to the question, where can I configure it?

As you can see, the key does not appear on every map, so there is no direct link to the problem. First I need to click on the map, and then in the opening panel I see the key / link of the problem that I can click. It is really annoying and time consuming.

This is an opportunity to add 3 more fields to the maps; I tried in the board settings > card layout , but the key is not available.

Your links are there, it's just that they are shy and thus grayed out:

You can click Ctrl or right-click the problem identifier on the right, and the problem will open in a new tab.

I believe that you need to check, and Configure - "View problem details" on the board. Take a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/configuring-a-board/configuring-the-issue-detail-view

I think this may be some configuration. Verify that the General Configuration is configured correctly within Jira Administration> System , for example Base URL.
