Pgadmin 4 1.4 / 1.5 does not start on windows

Question

I installed pgadmin 4 1.5 on Windows 10, but when I try to run it, I see a splash screen, then it disappears and nothing else is added.

In the task manager, I see how it works and consumes the processor in the first seconds, but the user interface never appears.

I have the same problem on pgadmin 4 1.4, but, oddly enough, 1.3 works fine.

How 1.3 works, I will use it, but if someone knows what is happening, I will be grateful for the help.

I downloaded this version 1.5 and it started normally, by the way, I did not check if everything worked as expected: https://developer.pgadmin.org/~dpage/pgadmin4-1.5-x86.exe
