In the new Play Store Developer Console, if you want to add multiple APKs, you must use the same package name and the same key key, but the version is changed.

Now, when you publish an application, than first you download Apk, for example mobile_release and rollout for production, after you download another apk, you should select the RETAIN option, which launched the previous APK with the current APK as well.

So, in my application, I supported Android Wear 2.0, so I used the same method as I described above. And both myAPAPK Mobile APK and Wear APK are working fine

For the new version, you can simply add one or more APKs as needed by clicking "Upoload APK".
