I created a cluster in Digital Ocean (DC / OS 1.9) using terraform, following these instructions here
Everything seems to be set correctly to pull from the private .docker repository, I need to add the compressed .docker file to my /core/home/ and extract it during deployment, including it in my JSON.

And I still get errors:

When viewing the logs of one of the agents:
