Visual studio 2017 not enough areas

When creating an ASP.NET MVC Core web application using VS2017, I came across the fact that the Add Regions option is missing from the context menu.

I had the same issue and found that Visual studio 2017 does not support Area

I did not have enough area in the context menu. However, after building the project (2x), the area was again visible in the context menu.
