Chrome Render error when resizing table, background title for background on top of another div

I have two different panels that you can change using drag and drop. Everything works fine in other browsers, but in a chrome style, the header background is attached to the parent div . seems to be a new Chrome rendering issue with skia graphics .

Please look at the screenshot or link to the video that I attached, you will find that there is a glitch on the video, help me find a workaround for this Background overlap

And I tried to squeeze this problem by applying background-color to the table , tbody and wrapper div , but still sometimes it behaves the same.

If this is not a suitable place to pose this question, please suggest me where? Thanks.

Regarding the fact that the failure occurs outside the table. I would try overflow: hidden on the table wrapper.
