Ready-for-sale application cannot be found without connecting iTunes

I downloaded the application to the Apple app store, its status shows “Ready for sale”, and I can view it by connecting itunes to the view in the App Store, but when I search for it, I can’t find it.

It should be available for all territories, so any account from any country should be in order.

In addition, when I viewed it through iTunes, I bought it, and on my iPhone it appears in my shopping list, when I click to show information about the application, it continues to download forever.

You can try a simple trick - go back to the description of the application, make a simple version and save. I tried this after waiting more than 24 hours, and the old version of my application was still available in the AppStore. After that, the new version of the application became visible within an hour.
