Pinterest API stops working

We have been offering Pinterest Pin planning features to our customers over the past 1.5 years. We suddenly began to receive the error response "Something went wrong on our part. Sorry about that." from today.

I tried Pinterest API explorer and get the same error message. The strange part, although we get an error message, a Pin is created with a broken image. That is https://in.pinterest.com/pin/573434965041286865/ , When we try to open the image URL directly in the browser, i.e. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/d0/ad/c8/d0adc8520559848912b22f392eb339c1.jpg , an "Access denied" error message is displayed.

Are there any API changes or any other problem? We are currently passing the image as image_url parameters. We tried to send the image as multipart / form with the image parameter, but we get the same error.

We get an HTTP 500 error when trying to publish through our API. Moreover, the pins are really displayed, but without an image .
