Found some information about the problem here .

The integrity attribute for link elements has not yet been implemented, and there is a problem with open specifications. This means that the presence of any integrity metadata currently discards preloaded resources. In the wild, this can also lead to duplicate requests when you need to compromise between security and performance.

I do not understand that this is due to integrity tags. With or without them, I see several bootstrap.min.css downloads in the Firefox Web Dev Network panel.

This seems to be due to the fact that Bootstrap JS includes a separate call. Although for performance reasons, it’s best to maintain a direct CSS load.
