How to change the indent guide line style?

Visual Studio 2017 comes with built-in indent guide support :

Indentation Guides - The dashed gray vertical lines act as code guidelines to provide context within your perspective. You can recognize them from popular powerful power tools.

Here is a screenshot demonstrating this:

I have been using the Doctor Doctor Separator Indent Extension for many years, which supports changing the line style:

Can I change the line style in VS 2017? I looked through the option, but could not find anything suitable.

From all that I see, unfortunately, there is no way to do this, except using another extension. If you use ctrl + Q to search (FYI, ctrl + Q is a great feature that many people don’t notice), and looking for a "guide" you will see that it returns only one configuration parameter:

Text editor -> General -> Show structure guides

Apparently all you can do is turn it on or off and change the color of the lines. This can be done by going to "Environment β†’ Fonts and Colors" and looking for "Guidelines for the structure."
