Resharper Inspection / Context Actions that do not work with only one file

I have been using Resharper for many years, but today I found that Resharper validation, including Context Action (Ctrl + Enter bulbs), does not work in only one file ( MainViewModel.cs in a .NET4.6.2 WPF project).

This symptom without verification can be confirmed without a yellow / green checkmark at the top of the scroll bar of the editor.

Here is what I checked.

  • I found that the encoding is not the same as the others, so for switching to UTF8 BOM like the others, but still does not work.
  • Close VS, reinstall Resharper 2016.3.2 , all of them did not help.
  • There is no ambiguity filter in this Resharper file for this file.
  • There are no Resharper solution options for solution.
  • There is no code check pattern in the Resharper parameters.
  • This happened as in VS2015/VS2017 identical.
  • this check works for all other cs files in the same folder.

What can I do to learn more about this issue?

In the end, I created a partial class MainViewModel.partial.cs and moved the codes. It works great.

This is not a solution, so any answer is welcome.

MainViewModel and ViewModelLocator are both excluded from ReSharper analysis (perhaps because they were added automatically as part of the MVVM Light NuGet package?) The fix is to right-click the Pause icon at the top of the vertical scroll bar and Enable Analysis "for file. Click again and "Resume"
