Google says ready to publish

Question

I am trying to publish ionic2 application in google game. But still I can’t do it. It does not show any errors. Can you tell me how to do this?

When I click the Ready to Publish button, it appears below the screen.

Operational Feedback:

Click Mange Releases → Then go to the bottom of the page → Click Review . After that, the Publish button will be displayed.

It looks like an app store. Your application must be accepted by the tester to view and install on another device. "Ready for publication" does not mean that you can publish it around the world if you do not define an internal or external (Alpha / Beta) tester, and those who prefer to install the application should view your application.
