PyCharm doesn't display google style docstrings in tooltips

Question

I would like to use docstrings for the Google style for Python. I pointed out that Pycharm should expect Google docstrings:

For some reason, PyCharm will not show my docstrings in tooltips:

I don’t understand why PyCharm is not showing my docstrings.

After contacting JetBrains, they notified me that this was a known issue: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/oauth?state=%2Fissue%2FPY-22445

The solution is to upgrade the pockets package.

They plan to install in the next version.

The problem is with using python version 3.6!
