How to move an existing tab to a Firefox container?

I am testing a new feature in Firefox , but cannot find how to move existing tabs to a specific container.

Is a blank tab open in the specified container and then embed the url in the only solution?

Tabs can be assigned to containers via:

Mouse

Switch Container adds a toolbar icon that provides a list of containers to choose from.

Keyboard

Search and Switch Containers allows you to switch the current tab container by going to the location panel and typing:

 co <container name>
