Cannot get test sandbox accounts from PayPal

I tried to get the details of my test accounts in the mailbox in paypal, unfortunately, it turned out to be empty and just talking about it

We're sorry, something went wrong while fetching test accounts. Please try again. 

I also donโ€™t see my application in My Applications and Credentials and just say the same thing.

I tried to make a transaction to one of my test accounts and process the payment flawlessly.

I was wondering how long should I wait? or does PayPal have server overload?

The site seems to be back to normal again. I could view my sandbox applications and test accounts that I created.

This seems to be a problem with PayPal itself, as there are other people with the same problem today. We need to wait until PayPal resolves this.

EDIT: weekend is over, PayPal sandbox is working! :)
