Why can't I create a new analyzer / code provider project after installing the Roslyn SDK?

I am using Visual Studio 2017 RC. I just installed the .NET Compiler Platform SDK from here to my installation. I also installed VS Extensibility Tools from here . However, I do not see the Analyzer / Code Fix provider templates when starting the New Project dialog box:

I tried uninstalling / reinstalling the Roslyn SDK extension, but the templates are still not showing. I also tried restarting the VS 2017 installer by clicking "Change", going to the second tab "Installed Products" and checking something related to Roslyn, but there is nothing there.

What can I do to display templates? Thanks.

In the drop-down list of this dialog box, you need to target the .NET Framework 4.6 or later.
