How to scan a hidden folder such as ".nameFolder" in SonarQube?

I am trying to run SonarQube 4.5.4 in a project. Files and metrics are found for every folder except hidden ones (those that look like .m2, .something). Unfortunately, these folders interest me more.

Does anyone have another problem? Are these folders filtered by default?

Hidden folders are explicitly filtered out from the analysis. This is hardcoded in the SonarQube scanner. It simply does not waste time analyzing technical locations that are not part of the source code (.git, .svn, ...). I think most IDEs do not display hidden files, so this seems consistent.
