Using multiple SMTP servers with the same domain?

I use MailGun to send emails and Zoho to receive emails that work great.

But then I wanted to allow sending from Zoho in order to be able to reply to received letters, so I added Zoho spf and DKIM to the domain along with MailGun, which also worked with perfect messages from both servers that were signed and sent correctly.

My question is: is there a flaw in this? for example, has a domain been blacklisted or sent as spam?

My second question is: why don't people do this? I can even add a third SMTP server and individual email tasks: 1st server for transactional emails, 2nd server for bulk operations, 3rd server for receiving.

First question:

As long as both SMTP servers are added to your SPF records and use DKIM, there is absolutely no reason why your emails will be marked as spam (if the contents of the emails are not spam and cannot be found through the content filters), the Email Security Protocol is not very strict, and SPF and DKIM are responsible for the high volume of detected spam.

Second question:

I am sure that many people really use this - a quick Google search supports this. Most people do not use SMTP for mass mailing. Maximizing the output of an SMTP server usually does not require more than one, but this, of course, does not mean that it will be impractical.

There is no such drawback. Just remember that abundant emails and similar types from the same source often result in the mail server being marked as spam. Regarding your second question: People do it. Approaches and services may vary.
